Cancellation Policy
By booking any service with Houston Auto Details, you agree to the following terms:
Deposit Requirement
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new date if proper notice is given. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be declined for future bookings.
Pricing & Condition-Based Adjustments
All pricing is starting price only and is subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and severity (pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, mold, etc.). Final pricing will be confirmed upon arrival or after reviewing photos. If the condition is worse than expected, additional charges may apply before work begins.
